Refund and Exchange Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets (excluding Pay-What-You-Can) may be exchanged up to 24 hours before a performance, subject to availability, to a different performance date of the same production.
No ticket exchanges will be conducted on the day of the show for that day's performance. Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at info@mosaictheatretroupe.org
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Mosaic Theatre Troupe).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
